Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort

The staff were very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their job and the facilities! The Villa we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well worth the stay. The kids loved the indoor saltwater pool and how quiet the grounds were, even with many families present.

I will first say that this is a very nice resort. I have stayed here four times and have always appreciated the spacious units and amenities. I was just there a few days ago and check-in left a bad taste in my mouth. I am aware that this is also part of Holiday Inn Club Vacations (time share). I was not given my keys at check-in. I was escorted into an office where I was pressured into attending a time share presentation. I was told that I should go because the weather was going to be bad (it was beautiful) along with many other reasons....$200 discount for one. I was in this office with a representative for over 20 minutes having to constantly say no before I was handed keys. This has never happened on previous stays. All while my husband was stuck waiting in the car wondering what had happened to me.

I got tricked into purchasing their 3 night/ 4 days package for $159. Then after was told I have to go to their 2 hour con artist presentation. Then when I actually tried to book they said, "I was booking during peak days." And nothing was avaliable. It was April on Thursday lol. Then when I said I wanted my $159 back and I would dispute thr charge though the bank they they "if you don't that we will ruin your credit history." Which is simply not true. Thank god I'm only fighting over $159 and not my future and my children's future. As I know from family experience, if I die, they will call my children the day after and demand money or they will go after my estate. These people are true bottom sucks and are evil incarnate. If you value your money and love your family, I wouls stay way clear.

From the time we arrived at the resort the customer service was exceptional! Katie and Deja were so welcoming! Answered our questions and that helped us to enjoy our stay even more...Thank you ladies! The room was comfortable, and spacious!
