USThe hotel it' self was fine. The staff was not honest and they ripped me off for $125.00 over charge. We were traveling with a small pet and they informed me it would be a $25 pet fee and I said fine. I was informed that there would be a $100 security deposit and it would be returned to me. The rate on a Thursday was approximately $80, we had just left a Quality Inn in Fitzgerald and had paid $76 plus. Little more money but I felt ok about staying at the Comfort Suites. When the clerk asked me to pay I looked at the credit card terminal and it stated $208, I asked why so much? She said that included the security deposit, I said fine. When we checked out my wife asked for a receipt and the clerk said I can't give you on but will email it. I thought that was a little strange but we left. When we get home I look at my email and find that they had charged $233.72, I was upset to say the least. They charged me $178 for one night. I would have never paid that for this hotel or any other. I contacted Choice Privileges customer relations. The looked at my receipt and said it didn't look right so they sent an email to the hotel with no answer. My second attempt to reach out to Choice got about the same results. They tried to call the hotel but no one answered. She informed me that I needed to contact the hotel direct so I sent them an email and have never heard a word. This is the second time that a Choice Hotel has ripped me off and I am done. I will not stay at any Choice hotel in the future and will do my best to tell people my experience. "STAY AWAY'
USI’m really upset because I paid extra money for a hot tub in the room. There was not a hot tub in the room when there was nobody came by and checked on or nothing for two days.

They didn't have the room I booked, had to down size my room with no discount, was told even though I paid for a room with a hot tub I wasn't getting it, I could cancel and have to call y'all to fight to get any of my money back. I will NEVER book a room there or will I recommend them to anyone
