We like everything but manger- rude and uncaring -

Trapped in elevator- manager did not even ask if I was ok - im handicapped and blessed I had cane. All he had to say was sorry that happened.

The property was very nice and clean. The market came in handy when I realized I had forgotten my deodorant. It was right next to the venue we needed to be at for an event so we didn’t need to drive anywhere.

The ac in our room was turned off when we arrived so it was pretty hot and stuffy when we arrived and it took hours to cool off. There is no free parking on the property which I thought was ridiculous for the price they’re charging per night. Parking shouldn’t cost extra. Seems like a money hungry scheme to me.

We had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Also it is within walking distance to so much, which made it so convenient. Can’t wait to be able to stay here again!

Parking can definitely be a hassle even if you pay, considering their parking lot is small. What they don’t say is the 3rd level of the parking garage is also paid parking. They need to have better pricing for parking closer to the building vs 3rd level parking garage.

Overall, it was a good stay considering it was the Labor Day weekend and the entire hotel was booked up. The room was clean, however the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The main bed was very good. When we checked in late at night, there were no linens or blankets for the sofa bed, so we had to call the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought them up. Parking was competitive because of several major events going on at the hotel during that weekend. We loved the breakfast place that was right across the street from the hotel.
