Service pool side. The service at Crooked Branch.

We waited two hours for our room - 2 hours past check in - 6pm. Food was way too expensive - quality of food was poor. Poolside drinks were not good - cheap alcohol.

I didn’t like the staff that 3 times during the evening put the letter asking whether we want leave earlier. Are you guys okay? Wanna get rid of your guests asap?
