Nice Hotel , amazing front desk staff and cleaning ladies! Very friendly , nice, and helped me out on anything I needed!

3rd floor hallway air conditioner didn’t work, felt like the heat was on. Bathroom and tub and ceiling vent dirty. Went to breakfast at 9:45, coffee empty, hot food mostly empty and there was still minutes left. Went back half hour later, even more empty not refilled. Landscaping outside overgrown and full of weeds.

Our tour group stayed here twice during our tour the week before Memorial Day, and the rates were very affordable for a clean, well-maintained hotel. There is access to neighborhood streets and parks (park is about a mile to the north) if you want to go for a run in the morning. The breakfast selection was good.

The rooms are comfortable and bed in good shape. Price was excellent. We had a room on the third floor and there was very little water pressure. You couldn't use one of the shower settings because of it and the other made rinsing off an ordeal. Housekeeping could be improved as dust was found over a lot of surfaces. Breakfast was good and varied. Wi-Fi was spotty at times but that could have been due to weather.

The hotel kept my payment and didn’t give us the room. We came in at 2:10am. I booked the hotel at nearly 7pm and the front desk clerk said due to us not calling before they completed the audit to inform we were still coming she was unable to keep our room that was already paid for, so she gave it to someone else. NOWHERE in the booking process did it say I had to call and confirm by a certain time or call at all. I’ve never had this type of experience with a hotel before. The hotel had no issue taking my money for the non-refundable room. Front desk clerk said try another hotel down the street, so from now on the La Quinta Inn’s will never receive business from me again.

Last minute stay due to bad weather. hotel was great, staff was great and got us all the extra linens we needed for the sofa couch, the whole building was clean, breakfast was good and staff in the morning were just as nice

It was a nice room, but I could hear noise from rooms on either side in the evening, and in the hall from a woman cleaning rooms in the morning.

It was not cleaned when we got there and when I went to tell the girl at the desk she got rude, threatening to call the cops instead of offering to switch the rooms. Then they charged us extra for a pillow that we didn’t even take why would I want a pillow from a completely disgusting room? We also had a service animal that we told them about when we checked in and then they charged us for it two days later . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay there . Seriously though worst customer service ever and we stay in a lot of hotels because we travel a lot . The girl should loose her job and the cleaning staff is really bad at their job as well I have pictures of everything….
