"The staff was very nice."

Location

Room was not clean upon arrival and smelled of cigarette smoke, among other things. Upon going down to lobby, they apologized and said they would send a cleanup crew while I was gone. They did, and staff did an excellent job. There was also an altercation somewhere in hotel. Multiple police cars showed up. As a female, by myself, the hotel in general did not have a safe feel.
