"A pleasant surprise !!!"

Reading the reviews on Expedia helped us make up our minds that hotel elanza was where we would stay but after getting there and experiencing the place reinforced our decision to be the right one. Everything from the welcome to the departure at the hotel elanza was perfect. A special word of mention goes out to sanjay our bell boy who made us feel at home. He's a person who not only knows his job but goes beyond his duty to make you feel comfortable. Thank you hotel elanza, we are definitely coming back to you on our next visit to Bengaluru.

"Excellent hotel to stay in Bangalore"

The hotel was so clean, food was very delicious and very hygienic. It's a very good hotel at a very good location , staff is so welcoming and respectful. Overall, enjoyed staying here so much, would select in future for sure. !

Amazing that the reception guy was so attentive to our needs at all times and arranged an early check in after two long flights and in the early hours of the morning. Bathroom water not hot but when we complained this was rectified

"Awesome and comfortable stay"

I came here with my fiancee. This is by far the best 4 star hotel in bangalore. Room service is super fast. Customer service is spot on. Room is not spacious but it got everything we needed. It was a very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel P/s : 1 of the waiters in restaurant should smile more

"Good and comfortable stay."

Was very comfortable. Guess this is a very old hotel that has been renovated very well recently. Food was very tasty and the buffet spread was awesome too. Am not sure with other hotels, this hotel won't accomodate females having bangalore ID. The receptionist by mistake rejected my wife's mangalore ID and apologised for the mistake when he read it properly. Came to understand this factor with this incident. I wud say its a good stand by the management to maintain certain level of discipline of guests.
