Casa De Goa Boutique Resort

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was nice .Overall experience was very good. Though it was a little far from Baga beach but still would like to recommend this hotel and visit it again.

Stayed recently and experienced the hotel. Good location which is near to the action without being in the action (read noise and hustle). Hotel good feel and set a nice protoguese house wIth a botique feel. Average service and inconsistencies marred the otherwise good hotel. Bad housekeeping, below par linen quality, mediocre breakfast bufffet with no attention to detail + taste or choice and slow service in all hotel operating areas made our stay not so memorable. Best part was the very comfortable bed.

Pictures depict big but all rooms and pool look smaller than visuals.

Food is pathetic, worst can't express how it is and the way they are treating customers are like animals and beggars. They are not cooperative and they don't know how to treat the customers. I stayed in Decoroco later which is like a heaven on earth in terms of all categories. Food, stay and hospitality in every aspect Decoroco is 1000 times better. Cass De Goa is waste hotel to stay.

Very bad experience at their SPA Booked an appointment went 15minutes early waited another 10 minutes no one there. Went to hotel front desk to cancel. Staff showed no remorse. Carefree attitude. Beware there are Taxi stand outside hotel who with the connivance with the hotel staff don't allow outside Taxi. U can guess WHY??? Prawns served in the restaurant are hard to detect in the plate. Never again am I gonna stay at this place. (Also lousy pool eenvironment)

We had a pleasant stay and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely the hotel was done up. The hotel staff were friendly at all times and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food at the hotel was the weak link with a reasonable breakfast spread and ordinary room service (quality of food). The hotel is close to Calangute beach and a car/bike rental close by. The prices for food though are very reasonable and delivery prompt. House keeping was efficient and were quick to respond to all our needs including extra blankets and pillows with a smile. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel largely thanks to the staff and partly due to the location.

I had a good stay at the place. The hotel staff was helpful and there were plenty of things to do near the hotel.

price is too high as per of resort.. food is very costly at restaruarent and room service.they charge you for ice also ..resort is in silent street were there are no street light. compliementery breakfast is ok. compliementery mineral water is ok half litre bottles so were less for 2 persons.bathtub in room is for one person person, couple together cant enjoy in bathtub.I suggest rate should be revised by them.

Great hotel, very central, everything nearby but very quiet. Great pool, lovely staff, kids had a great time. We had 2 children in one room and it was a bit squashed but spent most of our time outside anyway. Loved the breakfasts - very good dosas and omelettes. Kids ate well here too. Would highly recommend to other families.

Pros: Hotel's condition was good. Location of the hotel is good. Cleanliness of the room was good. Clean swimming pool. Easy access to a clean beach which is away from the crowd. The breakfast was good. Cons: The staff was not consistent, though they were polite when they spoke. Some times they don't clean the room even when I switched on the "Clean my room" indicator. The staff in charge of the mini bar keeps on ringing the door bell when you are not answering the door. There was a staff who rang the door bell at the wrong room (which happened to be my room) at 5:30AM. Over all the hotel was good but the staff needs to be trained well and they should be consistent.
