Everything was good, cleanliness, housekeeping but staff at reception and few people in reception and during breakfast are rude and not courteous. Inspite of repeated request, they continue to run the tv channels in Assamese and Bengali language. It looked they hated Hindi and English speaking people. This is during buffet breakfast

if I am paying daily the bedsit, Pillow cover should be changed daily. I stayed for 3 days and it was same.

"False description of hotel amenities "

The Hotel is located in a very dinge and congested location. There is no Pool or Spa as mentioned in description. Rooms smells and bathroom is dirty. Totally unpleasant experience
