My recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I associate with your brand. From the moment we entered, there was no welcome or basic courtesy extended to us. We were not offered a welcome drink and had to explicitly ask for it, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The check-in process was unnecessarily long and inefficient, and despite repeated requests at the front desk, we were initially allotted extremely poor-quality rooms. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. There were visible cement pieces fallen on the floor, and it was evident that proper cleaning had not been done. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell, and basic amenities like shower gel were missing. I was traveling with another couple, and they were given an even more inferior category room. Upon seeing this, I had to personally escalate the issue to the manager to get their room changed, which should not have been necessary. The dining experience was equally frustrating. At the restaurant, no one attended to us for nearly half an hour, with staff repeatedly claiming there was no availability. It was only after speaking to the General Manager that we were finally accommodated. Even then, the service was extremely poor, and the food quality was disappointing — the dishes lacked taste and were not up to standard. The high tea was also very underwhelming and not worth it at all. During the buffet dinner, most items were either cold or empty, and we had to repeatedly request staff to refill them. Overall, the entire experience was well below satisfactory. This is not the level of hospitality one expects from a reputed brand like Taj. I am deeply disappointed and would request that you look into this matter seriously. Given the inconvenience and poor experience, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. I hope you take this feedback constructively and ensure better service for future guests.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and take care of the guests like their own. Was very impressed with the service Mr. Ajay has rendered to me. He is a very dedicated staff who only knows to do the job at the best possible.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent, and the hospitality truly stood out. The dinner and breakfast were both fantastic—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It was a memorable stay for both me and my wife, and we really appreciated the comfort and service. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.
