Great hotel with nice amenities. The pool and hot tub are great. You will enjoy the evening food and drinks. Construction is bad in the area but after the first day you know how to get around. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Even the maintenance employee talked with us and held the elevator door open. It is a must stay and close to Fiesta Texas and several restaurants. I have stayed here before and with return.

It was our first out of town tournament for our soccer team (7th/8th graders). We picked the Drury for the amenities and space it delivers at a good price. The breakfast and dinner snack were great. The pool was a good size for all the boys to get in. The lobby/dining space was large enough to hang out in for parents and kids after dinner hours. The terrace was another perfect place to relax and for the boys to juggle a nerf (silent) ball. Management also allowed us to use a conference room for 30 min to give a pep talk to the team before leaving for the first game. The beds were super comfortable. The parking garage with a security arm and full security gate at night was comforting given reviews for other hotels in the area were recently experiencing vehicle break-ins. Finally, all of the staff were super friendly. They also gave us a block of rooms together on the same floor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Drury team!

Excellent staff and accommodations

I had such a great stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. The safe parking alone gave me so much peace of mind while traveling. That detail matters more than people realize. The staff across the board were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. My room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed after a long travel stretch. It felt comfortable and well cared for, which made all the difference. Huge shoutout to Diego who checked me in. He was incredibly sweet, patient, and even laughed at all my dumb jokes. He set the tone immediately and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. After a rough hotel experience earlier in my trip, this stay was such a relief. Thank you for taking such good care of your guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great experience! Very good price as it includes both breakfast, dinner and drinks. Location is perfect, very close to several event centers, restaurants and shopping. Staff was outstanding, hotel and room were very clean.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I arrived at the hotel at night and felt a bit concerned until I checked in. The staff was wonderful, and the parking garage is located within the hotel, so once you park, you can take the elevator to your floor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and confident that my vehicle would be secure.
