Liked cleanliness and location.

Upon arrival, I was first at the counter. However, when a male guest arrived, all 3 staff members on the reception desk stopped serving me and proceeded to serve the male guest who arrived after me. I had to wait. I found this very rude and unprofessional. I feel they did this because he was a male and I was a female. When I raised it with them, they couldn't understand what the issue was! I will not be staying here again.
