La colazione

Praticamente quasi tutto. Le camere erano sporche, l'aria condizionata non funzionava e faceva molto caldo. Non abbiamo dormito. Inoltre una delle camere era per disabili. Abbiamo dovuto quasi litigare per farla cambiare. Il personale decisamente poco amichevole.

Did not like anything. The buffet was ok

I booked the premium room. The floor was sticky, ordered an extra bed. Took ages to arrive. Advance information was not provided for expatriates about the oci. Lack of communication. Taken more than 30 mins to check in. No information in the room about the Reception numbers or restaurant numbers Kids were hungry, tried calling room Service and restaurant many times but no answer. I won't recommend.
