Beautiful place to relax with wonderful grounds and staff. My husband and I visit there twice each year. Extremely professional and friendly staff.

Near by property noise was loud from nearby area, too loud speaker noise in the mornings and evenings

We had booked a stay in the Heritage Home category, but upon arrival, we were assigned a different category. Given a previous similar experience, we had taken extra care this time by calling the reservation team (Ms. Anjaly) prior to our arrival to reconfirm that the booked category would be available. Despite this, we were offered a lower category room when we arrived. The staff were quite adamant, insisting that the property was fully booked, and told us bluntly that we either had to accept the room given or take a refund — a very rude approach, especially considering we were traveling with children and elderly family members. Ultimately, we were forced to stay in the room they provided, even though we had paid for a different, higher category, which we feel was completely unfair.

The food needs to be better. Also there needs to be more local cuisine in the food.
