スタッフの方々は素晴らしかったと思います。別料金で天候という運要素もあるものの、夜にロープウェイで山頂へ行き星空を観るのは最高でした。同じ流れ星を家族で観ることもでき、プライスレスだったと思います。

子どもと夫婦2人の3人で利用しました。チェックインした際に、子どもにシャボン玉セットをもらい、娘大喜びでした。下の階に子どもの足音が響いてしまいやすいため、小さい子連れにはなかなか大変でした。温泉も、露天風呂のみ。私が利用した時は、海外の方が多く、マナーを守らずタオルのまま入る方・シャワーを周りにかかるほどかけている方、様々な方がいました。気になる方は避けた方がいいかもしれません。氷が売店販売のみなので、必要な方はチェックイン後に確認をおすすめします！ちなみに、私が泊まった部屋は冷蔵庫のみで冷凍庫はありませんでした。今回泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、空調が設定してもすぐ効きづらく感じました。
