The absolute best. I felt like a rockstar.

WOW!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!!! The service at this hotel is the best service I have ever received. My husband and I started our honeymoon here and couldn’t be happier with this hotel. We had issues with our flight and got in 8 hours later than expected. At check in, the lady at the desk said she put assorted sandwiches, fresh fruit, fresh water bottles, etc. in our room since we arrived much later than anticipated. This was so kind! She also said there was a bottle of champagne in our room and when I told her we don’t drink alcohol, she said she’d switch it out for cider. Concierge is 24/7 WHICH IS INCREDIBLE!!!! We had a few early morning excursions and to be able to pick up pool towels and beach chairs on our way out was so convenient. We stayed at a higher star hotel on Kauai that was double the price after this and were let down because the service we received here was so amazing!!!! We booked through Costco and got the breakfast buffet for free every morning. It was phenomenal. Fresh fruit, different hot dishes every morning. Best rice and zucchini bread I’ve ever had! The pool wasn’t crowded and you could get a day bed for free!!! There were barely any kids when we went to the pool and most of the time, we had the pool to ourselves even at peak times! They go around and bring free ice cream at 12 or 1 every day. The lobby is great! They are starting to undergo renovations but the stay was still incredibly nice and didn’t bother us at all. Service is unmatched. Beautiful pool. Beautiful lobby. We would come here again and again and again!!!!! You will not be disappointed if you book here.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return someday! The service was flawless from when we checked in to the valet and concierge. The breakfast buffet was incredible and we were delighted to find that they changed up items everyday. The pool though small is great and we were always able to find a chair (bonus: my husband loved when they came around with free ice cream treats!). We also had cocktails and apps one night at the restaurant and they were delicious! Highly recommend for couples--the views are fantastic!

This hotel is amazing, and the staff is outstanding. Our stay was greatly improved by their service. They were very accommodating, offered us helpful tips, and assisted us in any way they could. They were friendly towards our kids, learned their names, and made them feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were clean, and the view from ours was incredible; we had a combination of mountain, ocean, and city views all in one.

Not often our expectations are exceeded in all areas. This is now our favourite hotel by far and so glad we chose it. The exceptional service by all staff from the moment you arrive till you leave. The attention to detail to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Nothing is a problem. The check in process was so welcoming, no lines, no chaos, just calm. So refreshing to have such exceptional staff. We had received a wonderful upgrade in advance ( Hilton Diamond) and then chose to upgrade further for a reasonable fee to a stunning one bedroom ocean view suite with den. The room was stunning, luxurious, everything you needed, everything worked and for once it's better in real life than the photos. We'd received some difficult news before arrival and some very thoughtful and caring staff went out of their way to place information in our room on local traditions. Thank You! The location is perfect. We enjoyed the calmness, especially when using the lifts and moving around the property. No waiting. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There are lots of extras, good coffee available in the reception area in the morning and all you need for the beach at the concierge desk. We were really surprised at the beach options choices, all ready to go! You're an easy 2 mins walk to the beach. We preferred this location to the three other Honolulu Hilton Properties we'd previously stayed . There is so much to do at this location and lots of shops, eateries etc right outside your door. We had breakfast some days at the hotel which was great, especially the gluten free pancakes. The restaurant has a really yummy happy hour specials in the afternoon. Definitely worth it. Can't comment on the pool as didn't use it. Prefer the beach. As a Hilton Diamond member we've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties ( over the last 10 years in Asia Pacific and US). We did come back and stay a week later at this property and it was just as good as our first stay. This is our second LXR, also stayed at Arizona Biltmore) and really like the brand. Just had to do a review for this property. Can't wait to come back! Thank you so much!

Not sure where to begin. Everything was perfect. Rooms, views, cleaning, location, pool, valet, and beach equipment loan "program." The best shower I've had in my life. However, far and away was the staff. The friendliest bunch of folks assembled in one place I've ever seen. EVERYONE was so kind and accommodating. Almost all of the valets knew my kids' by name after 2 days. I've stayed at a lot of nice hotels all over the world, and this is by far my new favorite. Thank you everyone at Ka La'i!

The best stay ever. I believe your hotel tops all the Waldorf Astoria I stayed in the past. I would like to commend Tasha, Marias, Roy, and all other valet personnel. In addition, I would like to commend Doug at the front desk and management Ms. Suzuki and Mr. Hiroshi. This was our best stay ever.
