THB Gran Playa - Adults Only

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Personal ist mega zuvorkommend und höflich. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool klein, aber dennoch nicht überlaufen und sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer könnten zumindest die Fugen der Dusche ausgetauscht werden… als kleiner Handwerkertipp. Die Innenstadt lädt zum Bummeln ein, gute Restaurants in 5 min an der Promenade erreichbar. Strand? Verlasst Ca’n Picafort nördlich der südlich, unglaubliche Strände durchzogen von kantigem Fels und Ihr seid fast alleine

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Betten sind bequem. Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Glutenfreie Speisen gibt es auch.

Mein Zimmer war südlich zur Straße 3.Stock. Trotz Abstand und Fenster zu war der Lärm noch zu hören.Die Zimmer zum Meer sind ruhiger.

Hotelul este localizat aproape de restaurante, statie de bus, magazine. Personalul de la receptie a fost amabil, seara sunt organizate concerte live pe terasa hotelului. Camera a fost cu priveliste la mare si destul de spatioasa.

Pe tot parcursul celor 8 zile petrecute, curatenia a fost precara: se schimba cosul de gunoi si se aranja lenjeria de pat. Nu s-a maturat/sters pe jos in nicio zi, baia nu a fost curatata, iar la sosire dusul avea fire de par atat pe faianta cat si in cada. Personalul de la curatenie a fost destul de galagios dimineata. Baia a fost dotata doar cu gel de dus, sampon, sapun( de proasta calitate). Ne asteptam ca la un hotel de 4* sa avem la discretie apa imbuteliata si frgiderul sa aiba gustari, insa acestea au lipsit.

The hotel location is central to shops, restaurants and beach without being in the middle of it all. Everything is just a block or 2 away and nice walkable town. Can Picafort area is active but without the busy feel of the main Alcudia town. The hotel is very well maintained, updated and has great amenities. We only used the pool and did not get to use the spa and fitness facilities. The pool was a nice size for few laps and have ramp and handrails to get in and out safely. Breakfast selection is excellent. They even have entertainment (live bands) on some nights.

We had the unfortunate issues with air conditioning. We changed rooms upon check in early in the morning since the A/C was not working. We were immediately moved to a different room, however it had issues with cooling as well. Eventually the mechanic was able to address but not until a few days into our stay.

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage am Strand sehr toll!
