TownePlace Suites Huntington

Myself and 6 children stayed in the 2 bedroom Suite. Although we didn’t use them, the suite was equipped like a small apartment. Stove with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The cabinets were filled with pots, pans and dishes. The children enjoyed the pool very much. Pool furniture was very nice. We had a very good experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was friendly and helpful and room was nice and comfortable. Only complaint was that could hear doors close in other rooms, so was woke up at 5am

We liked the location, it’s not far from our daughter’s apartment and downtown Huntington. We will be staying again.

The property is no smoking yet we could smell cigarette smoke inside the hallways and in our room. I think our neighbors were smokers.

Was very pleasantly surprised about this hotel, especially considering other reviews. My room was spotless and updated, the hotel facilities were clean and functional, and both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredible. I was staying here for Marshall University Graduation and chose this hotel due to limited availability in the area and was a bit concerned due to other reviews. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was offered complimentary bottles of water and cookies. The room I was in was set up just like a studio apartment, with a kitchenette and everything. I noticed nothing wrong with the room, checked the mattress and it was free of stains or any signs of pests. The hallways were comfortably lit and very clean as well. The staff and management here really care about their guests and are ready to fix any issues that may come up. My only gripe is the outdated TV in the room. The guy at the desk had to trouble shoot but had it up and working in a few minutes.

Everything was very clean and quiet and comfortable.

First stay at this property and had a great experience. Good breakfast too.
