Pearl Hotel

Nice little hotel; great room, nice building. The bar and patio are very nice.

Hotel Pearl is located at 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is non-smoking, was built in 2008 and offers 55 rooms over 7 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a practical atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Service is adequate and friendly. We had a small room with an OK single-bed, desk & chair, fridge, coffee & tea facility, flat-screen TV, wardrobe & safe, and a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin & shower. The window can be opened. All was clean. The buffet breakfast is served with a good variety: scrambled eggs & sauciness, cold cuts & cheeses, bread to be toasted, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee. When you like an adequate hotel and a good sleep, Hotel Pearl the place for you.

Used this hotel for two nights on a business trip. Room was clean, functional and not cramped, no bath, but big shower and all spotlessly clean. Toiletries provided. Excellent breakfast, ordered previous night on a tick-list due to Covid, plenty to eat, good coffee. Requested a parking space be reserved at the front of the hotel due to arriving in a high-top van, this was reserved as requested. Helpful and attentive staff, especially the gentleman on reception, polite and friendly, pointed out local bars/restaurants. Resolved a slight issue with a missing kettle immediately.

Location was perfect, budget friendly and good food breakfast. Value for money hotel in the right location. If you visit frankfurt its a good one for short visit close to Neiderrad area. Friendly staff.

The hotel is nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We spent two nights. Breakfast was great too. Unfortunately the neighborhood is very poor, dirty... doesn’t look like Germany anymore.

Comfortable and convenient for the station. Good breakfast and friendly on reception even though arrived late. I would like it if there were curtains or blinds as the room was very light with only net curtains (which looked a bit old actually)

Visited Hotel Pearl on a business trip to Frankfurt. City was packed because of the book exhibition and so I had to make a different choice with respect to my usual hotel in Frankfurt. Hotel Pearl is very well located at a walking distance from Train station. The hotel is rather grey from outside, which is a pity because when you go inside it all made of lights, including a pink one which is making the atmosphere very pleasant. As for rooms, I had booked a double bed room single use. The room I was originally assigned was very very small; I decided to speak to reception staff and eventually, after night 1, I was moved to a larger room. In general room equipments are standard; bed is extremely good (super mattress). Breakfast is also relatively standard; all you need is there. Above all, a positive mark from my side, especially because of a very friendly and supportive staff who helped me with the room change.

For our first vist in germany we started in franfurt and we discover this charming hotel. the staff was very kind and helpfull. it's a good location to visit the city and use the transport. we will come back, thanks for this week

The stay was overall satisfactory. I arrived in the early morning hours of Friday to check-in. I was already very tired of driving for two hours from the airport. The night reception staff was rude and unsympathetic. I assumed that parking in the hotel car park is included. He immediately charged me twenty euros. I asked him whether I can park outside the hotel and whether he can help me and direct me for space. But he was just dismissive and unhelpful. The following day, one of the takeaway owners opposite the hotel, walked with me to show me where to park for free, which was right opposite the hotel. The breakfast itself is good. However, there are no other facilities within the hotel.

Carpet filthy and vert very needs to be changed must be at least 10 years old cant walk bare footed hotel very old tvs dont work changed 2 rooms at least sheets and pillows was clean
