Travel Inn Hazen

No breakfast.

Trave lnn has my information of credit which caused my credit card was be locked. I booked by booking.com, and all bookings emailed to me have been successful. I don't know what happens. The staff just gave me five min to choose to pay money or move out. So, I must to be pay cash!

Terrible experience, the light in the bathroom was not working. Planning of the room was not smart, sink was outside of the bathroom. Drain system of Sink, shower and toilet was terrible. Didn't like it at all. Waste of money 🙁

The staff at check-in was lacking in personality, but did get me checked in without issue. The staff at check-out was about the same, but got the job done. Staff roaming through hotel for housekeeping was very helpful. The room was quite large and mostly clean. Appliances were in tact and working. Plenty of warm bedding on the bed, and the heater actually worked like it was supposed to.

The shower curtain was about 6 inches too long (drug the bottom of bathtub) and horribly stained on the bottom and in need of replacement. Didn't get pictures of that. As luck would have it, within 5 minutes of finishing my shower, the water was shut off. I used my own bottled water to brush my teeth. It would have been nice if the Front Desk staff had forewarned guests as it, apparently, was pre-planned by the City. Lastly, the night of my arrival, the bed in the adjacent room was apparently on the common wall. Everytime they hit the bed, my bed would bounce against the wall.

Location was close to the highway.

Power went off to the heater during the night. Water was lukewarm at best in the shower. There were dozens of Japanese Ladybugs flying around the room.

This is the third time we've stayed here and this is the first time the room wasn't cleaned well - chocolate on the fridge, pee on the toilet seat. We shouldn't have to clean our own room.

TV wasn’t working correctly. We stay here several times a year, this is the first time we’ve had an issue. Reported upon checkout, and seemed to be an easy fix. 😀
