Water was lukewarm in the shower

We’ve stayed here over the past 6 years but very disappointed in the property and upkeep this visit. The breakfast and housekeeping staff shows up early, with small children to have breakfast buffet. The buffet area is unkept, trash under tables and along the buffet area, trash cans every morning have been overflowing. Counters including the coffee area are sticky and dirty. Tables not cleared by guests are left cluttered for next round of people. Elevator floor has not been swept our entire 5 day visit. I requested an extra blanket, was told there was not one available. While the price was certainly reasonable the atmosphere and amenities made the stay less than comfortable. Will look elsewhere for next visit. I called yesterday to extend our stay by one day to be here for an event with the kids, even tho the person in the phone said it was done, upon my receiving a “check out” text this morning Brandy at front desk was kind enough to enter the extended day. No idea who failed to yesterday on the 12:13 call.

Beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

There was mold around the bathtub and lots of dead bugs everywhere.

Bathroom was absolutely nasty. Mold in the shower. Shower head not working. Yellow caulking around toilet. Floor drain had bad smell. Absolutely filthy

Great location for us. Nextbto general store and short walk to food.
