La Quinta by Wyndham Jacksonville, Texas

The room seemed like it had been given the bare minimum of cleaning before we checked in. There were empty beer cans under the bed that we noticed when untucking the bedding, so I cannot imagine housekeeping didn't notice them when making the bed. When we went down to breakfast the following morning, the TV in the breakfast space was blaring Fox News making it impossible to choke down breakfast and lackluster coffee before departing and knowing that this was the one and only time we will ever have to stay at this property.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Valerie is a fantastic employee who helped me out with a difficult neighbor late at night. The management is out front and interactive. The hotel is clean and smells wonderful.

Nothing really with hotel just that Jacksonville has no real taxi or Uber service so be careful going out if relying on a paid lift back

Friendly Staff

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Didn't really have the opportunity to use the pool or do the breakfast( it smelled amazing though). No compliants.

Ice cold indoor pool, smelly and dirty

Every floor smelled wonderful like a burning firewood even the stairwell. You can tell this staff really loves this hotel. I had to remodel a Dollar general right beside them and they were nothing but accommodating to me as well as my teams. We are in the Lufkin area a good bit remodeling stores. We will definitely stop here every time.

Pet friendly always puts a smile on my face but this motel is always so sweet with my pups! All the staff!
