The breakfast selection was very good and a great value. The staff was all friendly and courteous.

The young woman that checked me in was wonderful. I wish I remembered her name so I could tell her manager what a great employee she is. I checked after 6. She recommended different places for us to visit as we had never been to Texas before. The room was very clean.

The hotel smells. Smells bad. The first room we were put in was 325. The smells knocks you in the face. The fridge was barely getting cool. Yes it was turned as cold as it gets. The tv didn't work. I called down to the front desk. It was late at night as I was just getting in. The clerk said she'd be up. I waited 20 minutes and she didn't come so I went down to the front desk. She said she thought I said room 225. I asked her if she could just change our rooms. She said no problem. Moved us to room 125. That room stunk too. Not quite as bad as the other room but still bad. Smells like they need to either professionally clean the carpets and or change out the air conditioners. Or replace the carpet. The smell is horrible. My daughter was sick the whole time we were staying there. We checked in Thurs and left Sunday morning.
