The room was clean and spacious. Location was close to the airport and the free shuttle was really convenient. The hotel was quiet too. The extra beds in the family room were relatively comfortable as well.

Check in was frustrating, there was not a room available at our check in time and we were not notified when a room was made available even though we were waiting in the lobby. We were given a smoking room when we arrived without being asked if that was ok. We called and asked the front desk multiple times to have someone bring the extra beds in our room down and eventually we just had to ask someone we passed in the hall.

La comodidad de sus instalaciones, modernas y se notaba la dedicación orientada al buen descanso. Se agradece además el transporte ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. El desayuno excelente. Nuestro vuelo de regreso era muy tarde así que no dudamos en contratar late check out, la mejor decisión. Volvería sin dudar!

Queda lejos de lo turístico, pero nosotros queríamos quedar cerca del aeropuerto así que no fue realmente un problema. Ideal si mejoraran la unión de la cama matrimonial, pues las camas individuales se separaban fácilmente (nuestro bebé se pasaba a dormir con nosotros y tenía que estar atenta para que no se quedara atrapado en esa separación)

Room was fine. Clean and tidy.

Breakfast was litter, like something you'd be fed in prison. Pool was completely empty and spa couldn't be used until after 1700 in the evening which is one of the most retarded, ass backwards, moronic, brain dead ideas ever cooked up by a hotel I've ever come across. Whole reason hotel was booked for spa and pool.

Los servicios extras, como la piscina y tuvieron el detalle de poner un bus hacia un concierto, muy amables
