Avion Inn Near LGA Airport, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Close to the airport. Free shuttle. Room was overall clean

The bed and the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. I woke up more tired than I went to bed. I requested five pillows for my joint pains, but did not get it. The front desk did not answer my calls, so I had to talk to a manager. After spending ~20 min, they sent me an extra pillow. Although they claim there is breakfast, there actually isn't. They give you a paper bag with a corn bread, a cereal bar, apple juice and an apple. There is no protein; mostly carbs.There is no setup to sit and eat even those things. The room was very noisy. The air conditioning noise and the noise because of landing and taking off planes. They were nerve-racking.

Shower is not working or i didn’t no how use it and microwave is not in the room

Airport shuttle at midnight was soo very helpful. Clean room. Comforable bed and linens Nice, helpful staff

Location was a little sketchy. A bit Industrial. No restaurants nearby, so food was tough without a car.

The hotel's shuttle was a convenient way to get from the airport. The DirecTV service was excellent for our entertainment.

We read that breakfast was included, but nowhere did it say breakfast was a "grab and go" bag, and instant coffee was available from a machine in a nook, and guests are expected to take it back to their room to consume. Highway sounds kept me awake, with honking and brakes squealing and engines revving through the night.

Everything was excellent is you just need a clean and comfortable room to sleep.
