We came here to stay overnight for an early flight out of LGA. We stayed here for the cheap rate, free shuttle, and free breakfast. It was a steal compared to paying for parking or staying at any of the competitors that would provide only 1 amenity, none, or be overall more expensive. We arrived and check in went smoothly. The hotel you could tell used to be pretty run down and dirty because it has the smell and look and feel of a slum lord type, slapped together real quick flip, like a house bought and sold immediately for profit or rented out. The room was clean and fine. Cant really see the runway as well as I thought you might. Planes fly right over head sometimes (depending on the direction they are landing that day) which doesn't bother us. Our biggest complaint, which I probably would have left out everything else negative and gave 5 stars, was the absence of free breakfast. We come downstairs and there is the shuttle driver, the front desk employee, and some other guy just sitting there looking at us walk in to the breakfast area and stare at us. The one employee turned the juice machine on, I made a coffee (it wasn't great), and there was no food out whatsoever. Other than that, the place is adequate for the rate if you just need an overnight stay. Hopefully they will fix the breakfast issue and maybe deep clean some of the common areas.

The room was bare minimum. It was clean and fine to sleep in.

There was no parking on site. Had to park on the street around the corner and it was a sketchy neighborhood.

It was close to the airport and there was a shuttle service. The bed was comfortable, I checked for bed bugs and there were none I could see.

We stayed on a weeknight and it was close to $200 for the night. This is an old property which was a Comfort Inn at some point earlier. It needs some serious renovation. The hair dryer had packing tape holding on a piece that had broken off and my hair kept getting caught in the tape. The bathroom was not very clean. Curly hairs in the tub and other hair on the shower wall and floor. Mirror in main room looked like it had been sprayed with cleaner along the top and then not wiped, as there were dried drips in a horizontal line across the top, dripping down into the mid top. There some stains on the white bedspread. The window was not closed completely when we arrived, and was not locked. We had to jiggle it to get it to close so we could lock it. The breakfast was a good attempt, but I eat gluten free so the large muffin was not an option. I ate the Nature Valley crunchy granola bar. The large apple would have been nice if it hadn’t been mushy and brown inside. The apple juice was good. The elevator is old and holds only 2-3 ppl with luggage.
