"Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms in a great location to explore Liverpool."

Excellent location, super-friendly staff and well furnished room. We paid a little bit more for the family room which gave us loads of space! Located in the centre of Liverpool nightlife and shopping areas, we enjoyed a surprisingly peaceful nights sleep.

The shower wasn’t great. It dribbled water and only worked on one temperature. We didn’t mention it to management as it didn’t bother us. We found it difficult to locate the entrance to the suggested QPark car park (which is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel). I would suggest printing out a map before setting out if you’re not familiar with the area.
