"By far the cleanest hotel Ive stayed in"

I accidentally left a belonging in the room. The cleaning staff brought it to the front desk and called me. I was able to return and pick it up. That’s the extra mile!!!

Yes the morning staff is rude through they talked down to you for getting breakfast. And they talked down to my boyfriend like he the one that was making a waffle when he wasn't. He got told saves some food for the other guests when he was getting two sausages.
