Staff was very friendly, lobby was clean, breakfast was good.

I requested first floor but in our wing area our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hallways also.

The property was easy to find, close to the interstate. The breakfast was good--hot, good variety, etc.

The bed was really soft. I could tell where people had sat on the side of the bed as the mattress drooped in that spot. We had an accessible bathroom which was dated.

Location was great and the breakfast was really good. We only planned on staying one night, but when we saw how nice the hotel was we booked an additional night.

I can not think of anything we did not like about this hotel.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Willing to help with luggage. Friendly helpful attitude. Even under uncomfortable situations kept, they're cool, very polite. Lots of staff to help inside. Nice little lounge area and dining area, also poolside area.

They need more security outside. My car got broken into. They did not offer me any compensation.One of the managers did offer me compensation on water. I was not given any credit at the end of my bill. I did not make a big deal about it because they were also friendly, nice. No maid service because I had the do not disturb sign up afterwards.I didn't want anyone in my room.I didn't want any temptation or any more problems. This hotel is very close to the casino.The location is not the best. I noticed a lot of bad actors walking late. This casino has a lot of bad citizens that wonder. These wanderers end up around the hotel and try to break into cars, especially on the backside of the parking area. They should not have recommended a handicapped person park back there. Thank godI didn't leave anything and more important in the car.Like I usually do..Cars all cars and mine got broken into, and I didn't have a good trip because of that. Had to fill out a police report that took a whole afternoon.Many telephone calls were made police report done.I never got my handicapped placard back and Never got any compensation. Not even the few waters they said would be. It's okay, just be forewarned if you stay here. Do not park in the far back park near the entrance or the pool side. Be forewarned, this is not a one time deal. This will happen again. It's a very dark lonely, easy to be broken into easy escape area. Don't park there until they get a professional to patrol, which they probably will do because it is a tax write off and they should have a professional patrolling. It wont-work. They need to change it up. I'll be looking forward to hearing.. That they do. As it stands now, they just use the managers to walk around.They need to hire professionals to drive between the hours of 3 to 6 am the witching hours.

Price. Room Quality was good. Very clean in rooms.

Breakfast was not very good this time. Eggs were very crispy. Batter for waffles was extremely thin that it did not cook correctly, Juice was very concentrated. We have stayed here a few times and breakfast was very disappointing from previous times we have stayed. Guest in room next to ours were very loud until early morning hours. We could hear their conversation through the walls. Shower water pressure very weak and water temperature went from hot to freezing cold multiple times during shower.
