Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa

We absolutely LOVED our holiday and stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa. The staff were incredible, always smiling and happy to offer advice or assistance. And even on days where the weather wasn't too fantastic, it was still the perfect place to sit back and relax to read a book or chill out.

This was our 5th trip back to Sinalei It is just the most magical beautiful place and is truely what you imagine the most amazing tropical resort to be. We just had the most lovely time. It was so relazing and just what we needed Thank you so much to all the staff for our stay. We will certainly be back.

The resort was wonderful and the people were fantastic. I was really looking forward to staying at the Sinalei and it didn't disappoint. Unfortunately I could only stay for a week.

We were booked at the Sinalei and it truly one of the most beautiful settings we have been to. Our only complaint was we were there for our sons wedding and we had 4 room moves due to staff mix ups. Samoa really needs to train hotel staff properly as this happened at all of our accomodations.

Great resort on the beach with all the facilities you could ask for. Lovely people who become more of a family for you through you stay there. Warm smiles and attention is showered on you the whole day

Really nice resort, relaxing tropical atmosphere! The buffet breakfast is a bit disappointing, also dinner options could be greater but other than that great choice for relaxing holiday - would always recommend.

As part of our package we were meant to get airport transfer which we did not get. After being at the airport 90mins - we had to buy SIM card to phone them we were told just to get a taxi and they would pay. When we got to the hotel there was no welcome drink as advertised by Expedia package and we didn’t really get a check in. The catering staff - waiters/waitresses were lovely but we didn’t find any other staff to be that friendly eg reception/spa. The staff member manning the water sports area was lazy. I asked once if we could use the complimentary snorkels and he said no because they were ‘upstairs’ and he needed to get them. I went later he only gave me one and asked me to share it! When I questioned this he went and got another one which took him less than 5mins! The hotel was being prepared for a private event that weekend, there was work going on - lots of noisy gardening - and we were woken up early by the noise. Various parts in the hotel were also being painted included our fale! One morning after breakfast we found our fale being painted by 3 men! The toilet is outside in the fales and I went only to hear rustling and then seeing a ladder and a guy at the top painting the fale, it meant that he could see me, when I told the manager she was insincere. We were given one day free car hire as way of apology ($110 worth). I found the manager to be too focussed on the private event that weekend and felt as a paying guest we were overlooked.
