Well, I booked my hotel room through Booking.com. I live in Springfield Missouri, three hours away and I travel to St. Louis often and I always book through Booking.com and Booking.com always take my payment so when I arrive to my hotel rooms, I never have to pay but for some reason when I arrive to this hotel, the staff charge me again and I know that wasn’t fair and I’m pretty sure they know that it wasn’t fair too. I’ve been booking through this booking agency for years and never had this problem until I stay at this hotel because that is the whole point of booking through and booking agency so you can go show your ID and pick up your keys and it’s not fair that I have to wait on my money that I was overcharged for after driving almost 4 hours and then the hotel staff lied when I asked why was he charging me when I already paid the booking agency and he lied to me and told me that the money that the booking agency took was for collateral damage which they do not do the hotel charge you extra for damage, which is refunding at the end of your stay so I will be taking this up with higher
