"傳統韓屋的住宿，享受寧靜"

訂的是傳統間，海景很美，私人浴池有點小但是4個人泡進去也可以，房子是木造的有點舊但是保養的很好，清潔度滿分，熱水來的很慢，洗澡要等很久，睡在地上就算是鋪了床墊也覺得很硬，完全不習慣，但是總體來說還是很好的，就那個環境，傳統屋子的體驗就值得個滿分了

"서비스 개선 필요"

주변 경관이나 조경은 훌륭하나 객실의 욕실 안쪽이 청소가 제대로 안되어 있고 불은 때가 말라붙어있는 것 같아서 매우 찝찝했음. 몇 번 올때마다 느끼는거지만 조식먹는 레스토랑에 항상 있는 덩치있는 남자 웨이터가 정말 무뚝뚝하고 불친절해서 올때마다 불쾌함. 올해 벌써 세번째 방문해서 그러려니하는데 조식 먹으러 갈때마다 항상 그 사람이 안내하고 서빙함. 호텔 수준에 맞는 서비스교육 다시 받아야할듯.

"만족합니다"

지난번 여행 때, 카페만 이용했었는데 앞에 보이는 전경도 멋있고 주변 관리도 잘되어있어서 다음여행땐 꼭 1박해야겠다 생각했었어요. 마침 부모님께서 여행하신다기에 예약해드렸는데 너무 좋으셨다고 다음에 또 가고싶다 하시네요. 조식도 깔끔하게 잘나오고 맛도 좋데요!

"오붓하게 즐기기 좋은 호텔"

오붓하게 묵기 좋았어요. 프라이빗하게 야외스파도 즐길 수 있었던 점이 특히나 좋았네요. 호텔 주위 산책로가 잘 되어 있어서 이곳저곳 돌아다니고 사진찍기 좋았어요. 룸 컨디션은 지은 지 꽤 된 곳이란게 무색할 정도로 괜찮았어요. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새같은 것도 안나고, 수건도 뽀송하고 냄새도 안나구요. 직원분들이 콜택시도 불러주시고 음식점 픽업서비스도 알아봐주시고 무척 친절했어요. 다만 편의점이 좀 멀고 조식 먹는 곳에 파리가 날라다녀서 좀 찝찝했습니다.

"너무 좋은 기억을 가지고 갑니다!!"

결혼기념일 맞아 방문했습니다. 날씨가 조금 걱정스러웠지만 다행히 비가 별로 오지 않아 지내기에 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 건물이 조금 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되었고 설치된 마란츠 앰프로 음악도 잘 들었습니다. 한 가지 요즘 많이 활용하는 블루투스로 음악을 들을 수 있게 보완한다면 더 좋겠네요. 천제연 식당이랑 카페도 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다.

"솔직한 후기"

가든스위트 이용. 조식 불포함. 객실청결도: 매우 청결함. 서비스: 친절 우수함. 편의시설: 편의점이 없기때문에 간식은 미리준비 필요. 모닝커피를 마시고 싶더래도 10시 까페 오픈 시간까지 기다려야함. 이때문에 차를 운전해서 밖에서 커피를 사오는 불편함. 물론 조식 까페테리아에서 조식을 이용할 경우 커피를 주문 할 수 있지만 커피+식사 비용 추가됨. 식사비용은 비교적 비싼편임. 룸 도어키가 구형 열쇠타입이어서 불편함. 호텔위치: 매우좋음 그외: 아름답고 코지한 정원. 프라이빗 시설. 정원 산책만으로도 힐링되는 보물 같은 곳. 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶음

조용하고 편안한 휴식을 할 수 있었습니다. 전반적인 시설과 직원의 친절함은 만족스러웠습니다. 라운지와 레스토랑에 날벌레들이 무척이나 많았던 것은 개선방안을 찾았으면 합니다. (잔에 계속 벌레가 빠지는 등의 문제) VIP 라운지 운영방식, 청결도, 응대방식은 개선이 필요합니다.
