La excelente atención de los recepcionistas. En especial el de Johana que en todo momento buscó solucionar todos los problemas y resolverme las dudas.

El continuo ruido de la 5ta avenida a la hora de dormir y la limpieza al momento de entrar

El hotel esta bien ubicado sobre toda la quinta avenida, las habitacione sencillas pero comodas. El desyauno continental que ofrecen esta bien, cumplen con lo estipulado.

Le hace falta mas amenidades a la habitacion, las instalaciones del hotel no son las mejores pero esta bien. Les hace falta mas variedad en los servicios de comida.

"Hotel is well worth the price, location is near shops and restaurants, very nice staff."

The room is very basic, but clean and comfortable. The only drawback is its location. As a senior, noise is concerning. There are several bars around the hotel which operate late. Otherwise, the room was pleasant. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The location is near bars and thus the noise is going on late.
