"最高のロケーションでゆっくり過ごすにはとてもいい"

ロケーションや眼の前に広がる湖などは素晴らしかった。ハンモックやベンチ、目立たないが湖畔にも座るところがありとてもゆったりできる。くっしー像もなにげによかった。また利用しなかったが、雲海ツアーなどのアクティビティもとてもいいと思うし、予定があえば是非使いたかった。

感じが悪いわけではないのだが（特に年配のリーダー級の人たちは頑張っている感ある）、食事内容やそれをサーブするスタッフはもう少し頑張ってほしい。日本人スタッフのモチベーションが、サポートスタッフの行動につながっているのが感じられる。また内容も、種類を増やすなどはできなくても、盛り付けや何にこだわって作っているかのポップを追加するなどお金をかけずにやれることはあると思う。溶かしたチーズのやつのように、時間かかるものは提供自体を考え直してもいいし（あるいは事前に切っておいてバーナーであぶるとか）、ラーメンのように人が立ってないとそこにそういうものが（子どもが）あるのもわからないものもあった。コンビニが９時に終わってしまうのと、生モノ扱えないのは需要的にしょうがないのかもしれないが、補食的なものは用意してほしい（何しろ近隣がまったくないので）。あとプリンスホテルアプリインストールで割引は、紹介されればやるが、（人数分やること含め）それによって時間がかかる（部屋に案内おいとくだけであればいいのでは）。また食事代をその場で精算でやったのだが、シンプルに部屋付けを誘導してくれれば自分自身も他の客の待ち時間もなかったのではなかったと思う。
