フロントの方が親切だった お風呂がよかった 敷地内の緑が綺麗だった

近隣にレストランはないため チェックインの際にディナーのレストランを予約しました 予約の時間にお電話くれるとのことでした 席の用意ができ次第とのことでしたが、 10分ほどすぎても電話なく レストランに向かったところ 席にかなり空席がありました スタッフの人数が揃っていない可能性もありましたが 電話いただけると助かったなぁ、と感じました

We loved the location in the forest, and were very fortunate there were beautiful autumn leaves. View from onsen, and from the breakfast room if you are lucky enough to get a window seat. Onsen is great, though not large given the guest capacity of the hotel. Check before you enter. Plentiful and varied foods at the breakfast buffet. Large room, which was clean. Staff are helpful and polite. Shuttle to Onuma-koen. Quality of bakery items at the pan-ya: check opening hours. We would happily stay again.

The breakfast hours are limited, and it can become very crowded. We suggest there be a dedicated area for independent travellers to breakfast in some tranquility.
