朝食ビュッフェが品数が多く、美味しかった。 1階ロビーの売店の商品数が多くて、見ているだけで楽しい。営業時間も7:00～23時と長いため、利用しやすい

あえて言うなら、大浴場までの道のりが長いこと。 1階ロビー▶フロント、売店を通過し、階段を降りる▶大浴場フロントまで歩く▶階段を上る▶リラクゼーションルームの横を通過、階段を上る▶大浴場 結構距離があるので、女性だと部屋着やスッピンでフロントの前などを歩きたくないという人もいると思う

朝食は美味しかったですが、夕食のバイキングは、我々７０台後半の夫婦には食べる量からして、もう少しリーズナブルであってほしいですね。

施設の古さは仕方ありませんが、空調は部屋個別に調整出来ないのが、残念でした。

Surrounding beautiful area and available activities.

A male caretaker at male Onsen room was extremely rude. He scolded loudly at me for a trivial issue of carrying a mobile phone with me (though I did’t use it). Buffet BF and dinner qualities were not so good.

建物とロケーションが良かった

温泉等の動線は改良工事が進んでいると思う。 外国人スタッフの対応は処理対応能力が不足していても一生懸命なのでやむをえない。 電話での詐欺メールトラブル対応の対話場面で個々の応対の話が長すぎて、話のキャッチボールができなかった。 最後は相手の話中にこちらから割り込んで用件を伝えた。
