"Hotel excepcional."

Hotel precioso en un entorno natural maravilloso. Excelente gastronomía y la zona de onsen nueva y muy cómoda con todo lo necesario. Logran que puedas estar inmerso en la cultura japonesa.

Los baños de las habitaciones necesitarían ser modernizados. Con respecto al transfer no nos funcionaba el celular para poder llamar al llegar a la parada de autobús para que nos recogiera pero hay un teléfono público en la parada por lo que debe tenerse cuidado en tener monedas de 10 o 100 para poder usarlo.

館内が落ち着いていて とても静か。 従業員の方々が 穏やかでゆったりとしたどこも雰囲気。 周囲に　他の施設がないので 窓外の景色も　ゴルフ場のみで　とても解放感があってよかった。 浴場　食事場所　ラウンジどこも　ゆったりと非日常に浸れた。 食事内容は　美味しく 丁度よい量 品のよい行き届いた宿。

"Wonderful place, will go back one day"

Staff were amazing, food was amazing, location is amazing. Onsen is very nice. Because the ryokan is away from the busy areas of Hakone, you are not troubled by the bikers at 2am in the morning. I am repeating myself but the staff, particularly at meals, were amazing. There was one man in particular, from Hakodate, that could not have been more charming.

I was travelling with my wife and 7-month-old son. We had two futons and asked if we could have a third for our son as he likes to move a lot when he sleeps. We were told it would cost an additional 4800 yen a night. I understand it is extra work, laundry etc, but perhaps a little baby futon or cot for smaller travellers would be helpful.
