Look elsewhere please for your staycation. Never a hotel called me to check out exactly at 12pm. That was really a shocked to me

Its a great staycation to stay in town . My kids happy with swimming pool ( need to fix here and there at the pool ) Meand Wife really enjoy the room . Tje Staffs very Friendly amd Nice ecept The Bell Boys . Overall ,will come banck here again

Cleanliness: I noticed a significant number of ants on the table in the room, which was unexpected and concerning. I trust cleanliness is a priority for your hotel, and I believe this might have been an isolated issue. Service Delay: I requested a prayer mat from the operator, but it took a very long time to arrive. I had to call twice before it was finally delivered. While I understand that busy times can cause delays, I hope such instances can be addressed more promptly in the future. I am providing this feedback with the hope that it will help improve the guest experience. Thank you for taking the time to look into these matters, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future under improved circumstances.

When I arrived, no staff offered to help lift my bag or take it to my room. The management needs to take the initiative to provide covered parking. I parked in an open space to the left of the lobby, and the next day I noticed many stains from the tree on my car.

Its location is ideal as it is close to Subang Airport, and offers a relaxing getaway. Ti Chen restaurant offers delicious food and the breakfast buffet at Charcoal Cafe has a variety of dishes to pick from.

Minibar not working and staff answer not helping, room is dirty with marking everywhere especially on the sofas (water stains, dirt marking), bathtubs and floors.

We had a pleasant stay! Lukman and Mokhtar, two crew members, were particularly enthusiastic and understanding in ensuring our comfort. We were upgraded to a club room, which was remote from the crowds but had excellent room furnishings and was especially comfortable and clean because the first room we had reserved had a broken door lock and insufficient water pressure. Low light: "Unfortunately, two of the frontdesks, whose names I cannot see,(Indian girls), were not prepared to fulfill the fundamental duties. They appeared uninterested in attending to guests' needs in person and over the phone. The pleasant crew, however, made up for their rudeness and made the visit pleasurable. Given how wonderful the surroundings of the hotel are, minutes away from Subang Jaya, we hope to come back for another quick rejuvenation.

Nice Golf Course, excellent breakfast, big nice pool but the rooms need urgently renovation. We were un happy with our room and were asking for an offer to upgrade to club floor room we unfortunately get not even offer nor been contacted and asked why we are not satisfied with the room. Close by there is an other nice Golf Hotel which I can highly recommend, we were staying before moving to the Saujana there.

We are the returning guest after two years and celebrating our anniversary at Saujana Hotel KL last week, the hotel was gave a big surprised to us such as room upgraded and the room decoration and a slice of cake that provided during the evening cocktail session. Much Appreciated for the preparation. However, in the next day morning we feel disappointed because of the club reception staff *a malay girl* was mentioned at the back office we are annoying before we going out to enjoy our breakfast *Maybe because of we requested thing for 2 times and she need to in and out again from the back office but I'm not sure* *we had approached to the Duty Manager Ms. Mila, luckily she are very helpful and get a staff to send the service recovery fruits and apologise to us regarding this issues was happened to us during the stay.* Other than that, before we checking-out just realised that the room cleanliness was very unexpected at Club Room, previous guest whose who staying in the room left a green bottle of beer beside the sofa area. But that is unacceptable during cleaning service the room, staff was not final checking before check-in us to the room. I hope this review can get more improvement for the next visit. Thank you
