レセプションの男性スタッフの方の対応が非常にフレンドリーで丁寧で感じ良かったです。 ルームキーピングの際シャンプー、ソープの補充が無かった日が3～4日有り請求しないと補充が無かったのが残念でした。 後4階のエレベーターの下行きの押しボタンの不具合が多かったです。 総合的には古い割には良かったです。

Here you get what you pay for. This hotel has it glory days in the past. It works, but just about.

It is close to the shops and entertainment, the beach is only a ten minute walk.

The wardrobe door did not slide this was repaired within 1 hour of my complaint to reception The Safe in my room did not open This safe was replaced by a new Safe within 1 hour of myvcomplant to reception The pillows smelt bad the cleaner got me better pillows but not new pillows this was alot better than the pillows i had First night the bath towels was very old had holes i spoke to the cleaner and i received better bath towels for my next two nights i enjoyed the swimming pool its a good size Location is very good everything you need is close and 7 Eleven open 24hours

One night stay - its a little expensive for what you get. The area is good for nightlife if your after this - and it has the noise that goes with this. If your not looking for this than this is not the best hotel. Also breakfast expensive and not so good. Renovated rooms done basically - but clean and all ok.

Couldn't find my booking for 2 hours. Very frustrating. Room on 6th floor as per website photo. Recently renovated. I liked the USB wall socket for charging. No travel adaptor required. WiFi good in all areas of hotel. Looks a little run down externally but ok. Food good. Pool out of action for 4 days due pump failure and turned green. Pumps fixed and gallons of chlorine dumped in pool to clear water. No warning signs. Overall a good stay and ok standard for budget hotel. Right in middle of nightlife.

This is a budget hotel, not to be compared with top end 5 star facilities. The rooms are adequate, the pool is superior, the restaurant is OK, staff are great. The big plus is location! The property is smack in the middle of soi Bukaho, surrounded by the entertainment district on all sides! I have spent a total of at least 6 weeks there, and will revisit if I don't have more long term digs already arranged. It,s a great budget option! ;)
