Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Charming old hotel with lots of character and creaky floors (as advertised!) Staff was friendly and location was close to everything in and around Petoskey.

A quaint inn featuring a beautiful sun room and nice front porch. Staff is welcoming and eager to please. Highly recommend, only 45 minutes from Mackinac City.

The suite was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Very well maintained and beautiful. The outdoor gardens and grounds were well maintained and the beautifully designed. Plan to revisit in the future.

Elevator is a historic relic… fun at first but pain thereafter…takes 2 people to operate easily with luggage…nice bar, sun room, dining rooms, library… good size rooms and great beds. So central and convenient with plenty of free parking!

This is a lovely little hotel about 1.5 miles from the shopping district and it located right on M31.
