Posizione eccellente e vista lago spettacolare.

Non ho gradito pagare l' acqua consumata in camera. Ritengo che un hotel 4 stelle potrebbe offrire una bottiglia d'acqua al giorno ai propri ospiti.

We absolutely loved our stay in lake Garda. The hotel was fabulous, great location. Good choice of food for breakfast. We booked a lake view definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend

Organizzazione scarsa buona disponibilità da parte dello staff troppo caro per quanto offre Ospiti maleducati e la struttura non in grado di gestirli. Abbiamo atteso + di 1 ora al parcheggio Prenotato perché si erano dimenticati di inviarci i bagagli Sebbene con largo anticipo abbiamo dovuto Prenotarne il ritiro.. Cmq molto professionale il parcheggio grifo parking Non abbiamo dovuto pagare alcun supplemento e hanno inviato subito una navetta per recuperare i bagagli.
