Una mattina in piscina c’era una strana odore di fogna e non solo a me ha disturbato un po ma forse e normale dipende dalla giornata ma grosso modo tutto ok

Kostbart og forferdelig lukt inne på rommet. Det var til tider uholdbart. Måtte åpne dører og vindu på vidt gap for å lufte. Dag to når rommet ble rengjort tok personalet mine håndklær uten å fylle på. Gikk i resepsjonen for å få nytt, da tok det evigheter før noen kom på døren med nytt.

The location

The minibar was chargeable of course but no list of costs. Even the still bottled water was charged for each day. Unhappy with the size of room and terrace, it was not as shown on booking.com pictures. Terrace much smaller, disappointing, very small balcony only. The food at the hotel was not as good as local restaurants, so would recommend to eat out. Hot breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs and bacon, not always warm. Ate bread and cheese most of the week instead.

Facilities were good

The staff manager did not help with a booking.com issue. It took hours to be given access to our room even through they were paid before we arrived. Will not use hotel again aa their attitude was hostile for an issue they could have resolved before we arrived. Very disappointing. Felt sorry for the receptionist as manager said wasn’t there but could see him sitting behind the screen.

The location of this hotel is wonderful - right on the lake and by the castle. Easy walking to squares and ferry dock to other parts of the lake. Nice breakfast and the tables right by the lake - great to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset

Lack of information on facilities - very difficult to work out how some things work (shower for example). Some staff were very nice (housekeeping and some receptionists) - some were quite diffident - almost rude. Did not like that the bar closed at 10.30 pm and the rather pushy staff would come round with the card machine to take payment by about 9.45 - did not feel very welcoming and know you need to cash up - but that felt excessive and that they just wanted to leave
