The Old Mill Inn

A warm & friendly welcome and excellent customer service throughout by all staff. Ideally located to explore the area, eat and drink too. Breakfast cooked to order and plenty of choice too. The lunch and dinner menu is very similar to many other restaurants in the town (unless looking for Indian or Thai cuisine) so we just had dinner onsite and wasn’t disappointed. As mentioned, all the staff we met were brilliant and very attentive. A place we would stay again.

I would not use the work I didn't like. Suggest a better signage or pre-empt guest on how to locate the car park.

Had a great time staff exceptionally friendly very attentive. Room was spotless , as with the whole place. Food was fantastic, breakfast was prompt and very nice. Cannot fault and will be back. We both loved it. Thankyou

Location, staff and the facility

We stayed at the Old Mill Inn a couple of weeks ago. The room we booked was large, very comfortable with good quality furnishings and well laid out, a really nice room. We ate in the restaurant, service and food good. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Plenty of staff meant there were no long periods of no table service. Breakfast food and breakfast service was particularly good, table service was polite, friendly and professional. One of us is coeliac and requires a gluten free menu. This was offered as part of the normal menu, sometimes in other establishments it comes as an allergy spreadsheet. There was no fuss and for other coeliacs reading this, the serving staff were well trained and gave us confidence they knew what was required.

Super visit again to Old Mill.
