Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

We stayed in Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort for 5 nights on half board in room with sea view. Our stay was great. Reception services were very attentive, profesional and friendly with excellent service. We booked a one day excursion via hotel (the price was the same as booking on tour websites or directly with provider). Hotel provides free shuttle busses to Phuket old town and shopping center as well as to the local Ao Yon beach. The on site ‘Tamarind’ restaurant was exceptional - highly recommend. Also great breakfast and buffet dinners at the on-site Aqua restaurant which served a large variety of foods from many different cuisines with friendly service. Room, pool, beach, grounds are well kept and maintained with plenty of space. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Area around Panwa is quite so perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of some of Phuket east cost areas.

Large family friendly hotel complex with several pools, activities and a nice beach. Shallow, warm water good for little kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded all our expectations. In fact, after just a couple of days, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay rather than move to another hotel. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. The reservations team, especially Pattama and Kanya, supported us over several months with great professionalism and responsiveness. Once at the hotel, the level of service was consistently outstanding across all departments. This level of guest care is rare and made a big difference to our experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, from breakfast to dinner — congratulations to Chef Kai and the culinary team. We particularly enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Tamarind Restaurant, with great service and care from Vin. Breakfast was another highlight, thanks to Kate and Nonnee, who were always so kind and welcoming — a perfect way to start the day. What really makes this hotel stand out is the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire team. Everyone made us feel at home, and it’s clear that guest experience is taken very seriously here. We may have missed mentioning some team members, but truly, every single staff member we encountered was incredible. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Panwa. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a beautiful natural setting. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm, private, and very welcoming. Many thanks to Natty and May at the reception, along with the entire team, for their outstanding hospitality. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was clean, and the private beach was absolutely stunning. We especially enjoyed kayaking—it was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, it offers great value for money, and we would definitely recommend it.

This was an amazing stay. We loved our room with sea view (sunrise facing), the breakfast selection, the kind staff. This is definitely a hotel built around families; there were so many small kids and the staff was super helpful towards all parents. Our 5 months old was treated wonderfully, we had no stress and there were stroller friendly ways to get anywhere. If you're a young couple looking for Phuket vibrant scene, this is not the hotel for you as it is far away from town, but if you are a family wanting to relax, this IS the place to be.

Not a problem for us, but the beach is tidal, so there are times when the sea is receding. Honestly for us it was a plus, it was wonderful for sunrises walks. The hotel is far away from town, but there are few nice massages and restaurants outside!
