Crown Regency Prince Resort

We stayed here for 3 nights and truth be told, it's just average. This is not beach front. There's a good 2-3 minute walk to the beach which is not really a problem for the most part. Hot water is scarce and the water pressure seems to fluctuate (we stayed in the 2nd flr). The bed, linen, tv and other items in the room are okay. there's also a balcony facing a residential area at the back. Nothing to see there. Very weak Globe signal inside the room and the elevator is small. Overall, relative to the price and considering it's close to station 1, the place is good for budget traveller. You just get what you paid for.

Friendly and helpful staff....though the aircon breakdown the hotel maintenance quickly fix it.....front of hotel is a very affordable lugaw and tokwa't baboy...there is also a 24 hour store on the ground level...very near to station 1...near to balabag beach resort easy access to rides going to other places...lots of convenient store, fruit stand, karenderya and jonas fruit shake ia very near qhich you can also buy hamburger for budget friendly meals... This hotel is pricey but i just use my membership vouchers that's why even though we've stay 4 days for 2 rooms i didnt shell out any single centavo....thanks for my membership...

We stayed here for one night on our three day stay at Boracay. Check in was smooth, the staff are very courteous and assistive. Our room was next to the elevator but wasn't bothered with foot traffic so we had a good night sleep. The room has that old feeling, lighting is on the dim side but still a relaxing atmosphere. Wifi provided is strong enough, good cable channels, essential toiletries available, comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels. Though the room is lacking a refrigerator we didn't bother as we eat out most of the time. Water activities can be booked through the hotel and I find the rates reasonable compared to the previous hotel we stayed in prior to checking in at Crowne Regency Prince. They provide towels if you wish to go to the beach which is a good 2 to 3 minute walk. We have a club ultima membership which gave us the privilege to use the amenities of the Crowne Regency hotels in Boracay so we went to Crowne Regency Convention Center to try the wave pool. It opens at 10AM and definitely something to try in Boracay. Transfer was not a problem since they have a shuttle service readily available upon request. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is situated on the main road with a 24hour convenience store below it. The location offers great convenience and short walking distance to most places. Even when it rains you do not have to worry about the muddy puddles that often appear in the smaller alleys. It is easy to hail tricycles and scooters. There are restaurants close by the hotel. Although the hotel is old the rooms are clean and equipped with basic amenities. Housekeeping is available everyday and staff are attentive.

Booked the hotel for 5 adults and 1 infant. Upon arrival it was very hot inside the lobby. AC wasn't working. Took them 2 hours to checked us in. Elevator is like a steam room so we took the stairs always. No swimming pool. No breakfast. Not impressed with the rooms. Broken toilet seat, wifi sucks(better wifi at the beach), bed sheaths & bed covers are old, lights are too dim. Considering the amount we paid... not worth it! Staff were nice and helpful, that's the only positive thing I could say. Never again I'll go to this hotel. Don't be deceive by pictures you see in their website.

I like this place. The staff are courteous and nice. The restaurant is good. Food prices are just right. The room we stayed in was well kept. They also have a 24/7 convenience store down stairs. Available ATMs. I would like to recommend this hotel. Value for money.

We stayed here a while ago with a room that opened up into the pool. The room was incredible and for similar level rooms in say station one it was excellent value for money. The hotel had lovely pools and right in the beach. The restaurants are of a good quality and fairly priced. The staff are as most Filipinos extremely hospitable and very friendly. All in all i would stay here again as this is the best priced hotel at the higher end of the market.

Located on the sole main road on Boracay island. As you exit the hotel a right turn or left is a busy thoroughfare on this tiny but world famous resort island. The famous beach is across the road via an alleyway behind some shops. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes on first attempt. D'Mall & fresh seafood cooked to order are all within walking distance. Ample, cosy room atmosphere breakfast gets just a bit boring after 4 nights.

We have an exact place for four of us. Thank you very much for the great stay. We can recommend this to our friends. I suggest that there should trash bins in front because the garbage we saw are still there when we left in front of the hotel.... town garbage collector are not aware, maybe... but anyway our stay was very good.

Location- not in beachfront, you need to walk a good 5-10 minutes before getting to the beach. Convenience stores- lots around. Transportation- yes and lots too outside! Restaurants- not much you may need to walk going to the beach. Wifi- weak in some areas. Linens- has holes in it. Towels- needs to be changed as its not white anymore. Beds- okay! Room- spacious, conservative interior which is not bad. Airconditioning- okay but it is leaking most of the time. Be careful in losing things and staining linens as these people charge. Beach towels can be obtained at the front desk and return them afterwards. All in all, not really bad though if you are not the critical type😁
