Clean and convenient

I called the property before I got there and was told there was no onsite parking which was listed as included when I booked the property. I called Bookings.com and had to wait over 45 mins on hold for the operator to check with the property only to be told that there actually wasn’t any parking included in the booking. If I wanted parking, it would be an extra $25 I am not happy at all and your operator told me that I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience. I could have booked a different property for a considerably lower price without parking but went with your property because it said that parking was included. I still haven’t received any communication about this since the day of my booking but only receive this survey. So please, look into this again and advise me when I’m going to get some sort of refund.

I think they very poor on hosting people, did not give any information about the area, special about park and Permit zones around, I got really in trouble getting 2 fines and almos towing my car. Barerly talk to give instructions about the apartment and the place look very different than the photos, it is much older and run down.

Proximity in st kilda excellent.

Difficulty with key box on checkin and gate on exit Wi-Fi was appalling As international traveller had to use personal WiFi to get any decent signal to work
