It was all that we required with a comfortable bed and great shower

2 chairs were broken. No decent wine glasses

Great location if you’re wanting to explore St Kilda.

This property has no professional or commercially standard service desk or staff. They market as “apartments” but the facilities associated with someone wanting an apartment studio like space to sit at a table, around a TV or kitchen were non existent. You could do better cooking dinner at a park w a barbecue.

It is a beautiful old home, full of character. Needs some carpet upgrading in main house. Very clean. Outdoor settings in my room needed to be cleaned, but everything else was spotless. Refridgeratir needs go be defrosted. The manager Alex was marvelous. He took great care of me & was very helpful. I would stay there again. Room was ready on time. Staff were communitive. Shower was cute as it had LED lights as the shower head. Overall kitchen area was clean. Beds had fresh sheets and I watched her clean the rooms.

Room had soft drink bottles under the bed. The room had spiders and spider webs in there. Mould in areas of the bathroom. It was very run down and not like the images. Reception was a mess.

Good bathroom (but couldn’t lock the door)plenty of pressure in the shower . Kitchen good pretty much had everything , though bar fridge super small .Quiet area heard no traffic, slept well.bed was pretty comfortable.close to tram and good pubs, cafes nearby.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly wasn’t cold,leaked and dripped water on carpet . Carpet wrinkled and very old, had a musty smell in the room. Patio too small and uninviting, couldn’t put the blinds right up to get out there anyway.( sliding glass doors)bedroom could do with a bit of a makeover, very old .website photos didn’t reflect , made it look better .
