近隣での交流会のあとに必ず宿泊しています。 今回は、宿泊は24日に一泊でした。 夜間遅くのチェックインでしたがスムーズな対応でした。 いつも早朝のチェックアウトで、カウンターには不在の事が多いことは気にしたことは無いのですが、今回は私の足音を聞き、チェックインの時に対応してくれた職員の方が出てきて、「有難うございました。またのお出でをお待ちしております」と言って頂き、温かい気持ちになりました。

駅に近く、野球観戦の後で遅い時間に戻ってもすぐホテルに着けるのは、良かった

部屋の広さ、ベッドのサイズ、角部屋で日当たりもよかったです。 バスタブも広かったです。

エレベーターホールのカーペットの雰囲気が、イマイチでした。暗いイメージがしました。

駅から近いのはとても良かったです

トイレバスの入り口の段差が高齢の母には厳しかった 湯沸かしポットが使いづらかった コーヒーか紅茶が欲しかった 白い発泡スチロール？のようなゴミがたくさん落ちていました
