"Lovely place and lovely people!"

Burcombe Manor is a beautiful house in an idyllic location, and Wendy is such a charming and attentive owner. Our rooms were lovely, clean, spacious, and had lovely views out of the windows! Breakfast was served in the dining room around an enormous table surrounded by French windows looking over the garden. We had cooked breakfasts, which were delicious! Plenty of toast and tea/coffee, jams, honey, yogurts, cereals, and fresh fruit was also on offer. The village of Burcombe is lovely, nearby Wilton is a traditional market town with plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs ( and , of course, the famous Wilton House ). Wendy is very helpful in advising the best places.

"Superb"

This is a B&B that made me go "Wow" as I drove up to it, and "Wow" again when I saw the view of the grounds from my bedroom. Very large and comfortable room, with an honest-to-goodness sunken bath in the en suite. Friendly welcome, and a good home-cooked breakfast in the morning. The Barford Inn is an easy walk if you want a drink with your dinner.

We are not to the manor born but we could stay there for a couple nights. It was lovely! Our room and ensuite bathroom were both spacious and comfy. The cooked breakfast plus fruit, yogurt, toast and cereal got us off to a strong start. The car park at Burcombe Manor was nice but we drove in to Wilton and took the bus to Salisbury, which turned out very easy--much better than driving. Burcombe Manor is ideally located for visiting Wilton House, Salisbury, Old Sarum, Stonehenge and Bath. Quiet and relaxing, we had a wonderful visit!
