The breakfast was out of this world . Staff where lovely and the rooms where clean . Loved the little bar area my kids played pool and some board games would definitely be back soon thanks again

Very convenient with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars round about and tram stop directly across the road. It was very clean, had everything you need in the room including tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty for seconds 😃 & the hosts were very welcoming and were available if you needed them.

Nothing, great place to stay, especially if your travelling as a family

Clean and beautiful decoration , we were in the sea view room which was lovely, fabulous bar with the lovely Matt serving, just a perfect location as group tram pass for two people £10 a day so we could get around easily as much as we liked 🙂
